• If the number of registered participants is below the expected attendance level, the session may be rescheduled to a later date.

• Duplicate registrations or multiple entries for the same participant are not permitted.

• The training will be conducted in English only.

• Canon Academy is a basic camera and photography training session designed to introduce participants to essential camera functions, settings, and photography techniques.

• This training is not a certified course, and no professional, academic, or accredited certificate will be issued upon completion.

• Participants are requested to bring their own eligible Canon camera, where required, and follow the trainer's instructions throughout the session.

• Food is not permitted inside the training area/classroom.

• Free parking is not provided. Participants may use available RTA/public parking, and any applicable parking charges must be borne by the participant.

• Participants are requested to arrive on time. Late entry may be restricted or refused depending on the progress of the session.

• Sessions may be postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise changed due to unforeseen circumstances, including operational requirements, weather conditions, trainer availability, or other situations beyond reasonable control.

• In the event of non-attendance, the training session will not be refunded or compensated in cash, vouchers, or any other monetary form. Where applicable, participation may only be accommodated through another available class, subject to seat availability and approval.

• National Store / Canon reserves the right to change the date, time, trainer, venue, capacity, or other session arrangements without prior notice whenever required.

• By completing the registration, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
